samsung Galaxy A11 will Not shut Off !!! help
3 days ago this started . Running android 12 . when I go to Turn off , after that it immediately re-starts again .

What can I do to try to fix this ??? worried that Factory Restore Deleted all my data & apps.

You have the Samsung Smart Switch app that allows you to back up your phone to, for example, an SD card. After performing a factory reset, the app restores the phone with all the apps and everything else.

Also make sure the Power button isn't stuck in a partially pressed position (which might happen if there's some kind of residue on it).

If you have a case, try taking it off, in case the case fits poorly and is exerting pressure on the Power button by accident.
