First time on here, I hope someone might be able to help...
I have had my phone (Galaxy S7) around two months now and since I first turned it on it has sporadically (once or twice in the first month, then two to three times a day for a week, now back to once a week, roughly) gotten really hot, RAM usage spikes to 98%+ (3GB+ system usage), battery drains away like it has a hole in it....you get the picture.
I am definitely not technically savvy when it comes to smartphones or Android but I have tried clearing down the RAM and tried to identify the cause using the Running Services but to no avail. the only thing I can do is to restart.
If someone is able to give me some pointers to solve this problem, I'd appreciate it. If you need any more information as I realise I haven't been particularly descriptive, let me know and I will do my best to answer.
