Exchange Calendar and Reocurring Appointment

I'm having an issue with my work exchange account and a reoccurring appointment I have setup for the FIRST WEEKDAY of the month. When I first setup my phone and added my exchange account I had a few calendars from google too so I thought that might be the issue. So I got rid of the duplicate calendar and then finally got around to trying to fix the issue today.

I removed the appointment (in Outlook at work) from the calendar and it was removed from all the days on my Android Calendar. I then added it back with the same reoccurring schedule set for the first weekday of the month and it was back on every day in my calendar...no idea what's causing this, but I'm thinking it has to do with an unsupported occurrence type by android?

I've encountered the same exact thing. In the meantime I simply switched the event to the first day of the month, and the problem didn't recur, but I don't know a fix.

I assumed that Android wasn't digesting this part of Outlook's code well, so I switched my syncing to point toward my Google calendar, which looked fine. Oddly, the problem is still there, even though the Google calendar doesn't show it online.

That's what I'm thinking, Android just doesn't understand this type of appointment. First day of the month doesn't really work for me...cause that could be a weekend, hopefully someone knows a fix.
