I am new to this forum. Hope someone can assist. I have just received a MOTO-x and setup my exchange email account. All seems to be fine except for one annoying issue. I am having problems with receiving audible ding when a new mail arrives in the exchange account. It gives audible notification for the first email but then I see only visual notification for any subsequent emails unless I have read earlier emails. This is a new setup. I was told this is how the phone is supposed to work but I find it hard to believe that. Please let me know if anyone has experienced and resolved this issue.
