Exchange Email Down

So I woke up this morning to my Nexus telling me that my Hotmail couldn't be authenticated. It kept telling me that my password or my username wasn't correct. So I deleted the account and tried to put it back on and now it still says the username or password aren't correct and won't let me create the account. My Hotmail as an Exchange account has worked since the first day I got this phone (about 2 weeks ago) so I'm not really sure what's going on.

Does anyone know anything about this? Is this something on Hotmail's end?

Check your settings make sure it's /username@hotmail.com

And m.hotmail.com

Thanks, but we're all good there and I'm still coming up with username or password incorrect.

Turns out it was Hotmail's issue. They decided that I'm so important that my email needed a new password. Thanks Hotmail. I forgot I was smuggling government secrets in my fantasy sports email account.
