exchange email & messaging clickable content

Hey, I've just come over from an iphone to an android running 4.2, and was wondering what i can do to get clickable info in the message apps? On the iphone any phone number, address, and day/date is recognised as what it is and you can click on it to choose a suitable action (call, add to calendar, look up on map etc..) Is this possible in Android, or is this a phone company feature? Is there an app that offers this functionality? I'm with Tesltra and wondering also if a similar app to Visual Voice Mail for this OS or phone (Sony Xperia Z), Thanks
