Exchange email questions

I get a new notification whenever a new email is received. That's good
However, I also get one when that email is deleted from another device. How do i stop this
It is incredibly annoying

Well I actually resolved that on my own. Was a weird glitch while sending emails to myself from my iPhone


I do have another mail issue tho
How do I get my exchange inbox to default on "inbox" only. Not inbox/sent or anything weird. Just inbox
I only want to see what I leave in my inbox

I think you click on the drop down next to the account -> click on folder icon -> choose Inbox only.
