Exclude ringtones from music player?

Anyone have any idea about how to exclude the stock ringtones from the music player? It won't let me add a .nomedia file to the system folder. Is there a music player I can get that allows me to select what folders I want to use?

You could try this on you SD card create this folder.......

Media/
Then inside create folder...
Audio/
Create folder inside......
Music/

Then put all your music in the folder.
