Exclusive Colors Delayed 5-6 Weeks!

Well the graphite unlocked 512 that I ordered on March 9 th is supposedly still on track to be delivered on the 22nd of March. Just got the email today saying that it was going to be on time.

Red, 256 Ultra with Watch4. Ordered 2/9 with original delivery date by 3/8. Watch delivery date has moved numerous time and now sits at 3/29.

Yesterday, I received the email stating Samsung's apology for the delay but "should have it shipped out to you by March 21st". (This gave me a ray of hope!!)

At 11:45pm last evening, I receive another email thats titled: "Shipment Delay". It reads, "We apologize that your Samsung order # US******** is delayed more than 30 days". "If you still want the order, no action is required. You may also cancel your order". (Ray of hope deflated). Talking about an emotional roller coaster. I guess it will arrive when it arrives. Now, the second email could be tied to the first email, since a ship date of 3/21 is sort of close to 30 days, or it could mean that the 30 days delay countdown starts on yesterday's date? Who knows??!!

I got the same email, after my phone had shipped. You'll have your phone by the 21st. Its like you said, that email just means its been over 30 days since you ordered.

Movement on my Red Ultra from customizing to customizing complete in UK, at last some action :)

Also pre-ordered a Red Ultra 8GB in the UK on 9th of Feb. It's been a pretty poor experience so far:
-The confirmation email took 7 hours to arrive, and the email subject mentioned that I'd ordered a Galaxy Fold (you'd think for their biggest product launch of the year they'd have avoided mistakes like this)!
-It said the phone would arrive within 4 weeks, but they took the money from my bank account straight away (retailers normally only take the money when they dispatch the order).
-4 weeks later on 9th of March there was still no update or anything, so I looked on the website, it said "customisation complete" and that the phone will arrive on 14th of March (but no email told me that).
-Now on 14th of March, still no email or anything. Website still says "customisation complete" and still says that the phone is arriving on the 14th! So I rang Samsung. Spent half an hour on hold. A woman with a very heavy accent, very hard to understand, I think said my phone was delayed because of weather (??) and she didn't know how long it would be delayed for. She said she would send me an email with an update with an ETA on a new delivery date ASAP. I then received a weird email from Samsung saying they would chase and in the meantime are sending me "prayers and warmest greetings".

Have you had better luck?

I have the same status as you and same delivery date which has come and gone. I'm not sure I can be bothered to phone them later because I know what the outcome will be.
I live messaged Samsung shop on Saturday and contacted them via twitter to say that I had not received a delivery notice for my delivery date and both answered with the same thing, that DPD will contact me (which of course they didnt)

I may phone and see if they can throw in a voucher code as a good will gesture and see what they say :D
 
The good news keeps coming. My status this morning changed to, On the Way.
Hopefully the case is with the phone as well, that status is still at order placed
 
Get this.... My phone has been in my state since yesterday. Should have been delivered today but they are waitng till tomorrow to deliver it which means more time that someone can steal it... So stupid, and FedEx being lazy... I already read similar comments and those people said their phones got stolen... So now I have to have to worry about that...
 
I just received ANOTHER email a few minutes ago,from Samsung, stating that my order is “still delayed and we have not forgot about you, we will send shipping information as soon as it’s available”. Must be a big bottle neck in production somewhere down the line.

At least Samsung US tell you there is a delay, Samsung UK just let the delivery date come and go without any communication whatsoever...

Placed order Feb 9th S22 Ultra , red, 512. Delivery date was Mar 8th, then Mar22, now showing May 10th.

May 10th is just ridiculous, that's 3 months wait for a pre-ordered phone!

Where do you see your delivery date? Mine says customizing and I don't see any delivery dates.
 
My shipping date of May 10 was on the app. Now it has changed on the app back to Mar 22. All my accessories are still showing as May 10th. The website does not show the cancel button anymore. App still shows the cancel item.

Interesting. I don't have any dates on the app besides my order date.

Now the app says April 12th but the website says shipped, and I just got a text with tracking info. Samsung logistics is a mess. I was about to cancel but fedex shows it arriving Wed 16th.
 
Well this evening I got an SMS with my shopping info. My Sky Blue 256 Ultra is scheduled for Wednesday. Only one day late from their estimate of the 15th, if it arrives on schedule.
