Can you use the Android on an existing wireless network? I have sprint, but would love to use it on my home or business network for browsing.

What do u mean? Sprint pays other carriers so customers can use their towers. If you don't have good Sprint coverage in an area your phone should automatically use the best one.

you mean for wifi? you can use wifi to browse and use the data features, you just can't use it for phone reception.

depending on the security for your networks, you might have problems connecting though.
