Expanding and adding Home screens

Can anyone tell me how to expand all the home screens so I can see it all from a distance and modify accordingly? And can I add and remove screens like I can do on my phone?

You'll want to use a custom launcher like Nova Launcher or Apex Launcher.

Not possible using your default launcher.

like mentioned above Apex or Nova are both good.
