Expedited Shipping - still pending

So I order my Pixel XL 128 GB on October the 6th through Google Fi. Shortly after I preordered it, it changed to pending. It is now the 21st and it still says pending. The expected arrival date is 21st - 24th.

I checked payments.google already and it is fine - I even spoke to a rep today about it and he said that my order looks fine and that I just have to wait for it to ship.

I just find it a bit frustrating to see people who - not only ordered much later than I did - but also got free shipping and are receiving their devices much sooner than expected.

Is there anyone in the same boat as I am?

If I were you I would voice my concerns to Google with another phone call and see about getting your shipping credited
