Expert needed!!

Please someone help me. I have seriously messed up my Verizon HTC m8. I wanted to change it to a tmobile stock m8 from verizon. I read on another forum that you had to change the cid and mid for the files to flash due to security check from zip. so i used qtxd and changed them. did the read command and presto numbers are changed. the guide for back to stock tmobile said to set the status back to "relocked". ok done. (im s-off btw). Now when i try to flash anything via fastboot i get "FAILED (remote: not allowed)"..... however!!! however, it does that on any flash file.... except 1.54.401.5-W_Splash.zip.

I have no recovery... i cannot fastboot boot either...

Just how are you getting that output if you're saying you cannot fastboot either? Anyway I advise you to find the proper firmware for your MID not CID since you have superCID and then try flashing it from the "fastboot oem rebootRUU" screen.

Dude. Don't post your serial# on a public forum. Also your IMEI that I see you edited. Your MEID isn't important

This is just a FYI for further reference. Whenever you get (remote: not allowed) it's because your hboot doesn't support that fastboot command
