I think it will be better, but I don't think it's worth 50 bucks. I have a 1500mah for my droid and it definitely gets me a couple more hours during the day over the 1350 or 1370 the droid comes with. For the cost the 2750 is probably the better deal, but I don't like the added bulk myself. If the battery gets that bad, I will rethink that statement and get the extended with door.

Ill buy the seidio 1600 if it fits with the stock battery door. If that's not enough then I'll get a bionic instead. I'm not gonna double the thickness of my phone. The design/looks of this phone are the main reason I was wanting the tbolt instead of the bionic to begin with.
i got the 1600 and am going to get the multimedia dock to charge the spare. id rather carry an extra battery in my bag and switch it out if one goes dead than have an even huger phone in my pocket.

I don't know how legit any of this is, but looking at this dock, and how it says it supports an extended and extra battery, I'd like to think all first party accessories will.
It seems as though the battery for the myTouch 4g is the same as the thunderbolt. If that's the case, then you can buy 3 1500mAh batteries + desktop charger on ebay for $13 (from Hong Kong). If you don't mind carrying extra batteries, this would give you a whopping 4500mAH + 1400 from stock. What do you guys think?

The "slim" extended batteries aren't worth it. I purchased one for my Droid 2 and it is not much better than stock moto battery. If you need more juice get the huge battery. They are worth the coin. Had one on my Storm.
I just bought the Seidio slim 1600 mAh. I think I will try to sell the original OEM battery, rather than keep a spare. I want to be able to honestly say that the battery has never been used when I go to sell it, so unfortunately I probably won't be able to do any comparison testing between the two.

Do you think someone will make a extended battery with about 1700-1900 MAH using the same battery door? I dont think the 1600 Seidio is worth it. I guess Ill hope and pray.
Hope so - I have no interest in making the TB even bigger than it is. I was hoping VZW would have an option like the X extended battery which is still quite slim.
