Extended Battery

Hey everybody,

So I bought a 3500 mah extended battery from best buy a few months ago. It has always worked extremely well for me, so I let my friend borrow it for a week to see if she liked it. I gave it to her on Sunday, and she called me today and told me that the battery won't charge fully and it doesn't keep the half charge that it has. Her stock battery works fine in my phone. Does anyone have any idea what may have gone wrong?

Sounds like her phone may have a faulty usb port or she has a bad charger. Does her other battery work?

the battery doesn't like her you must get it back on your phone right away or it will die completely

My guess is theres an issue with her phone or charger. Were lacking some info though to make a good guess.
