Extended warranty

I am debating if i should buy a extended warranty on my new Note 10.1 2014 that is coming in the mail from newegg. I have seen numerous posts on websites about some issues being present and the screen cracking easily. It is probably limited, since people with problems tend to post way more than peoples devices who are running issue free. But peace of mind is always nice. Amazon has the Squaretrade 3 year protection plan for $96. Anyone has personal experience?

If they have it for only $96 I would buy it. I had 30% off and it still cost me $150 for three years. I have the 32 gig version though. My wife would not be very pleased if something happened to the Note when we spent $600 for it. Hopefully I will never need to use it but my experience in retail selling phones and tablets tells me it's good sense to have an extended service plan on anything portable.

Thats what i was thinking. If i have already spent $600 on a tablet, whats another $96 to secure it for the next three years.
