Is there any way to get the external battery pack that came with the welcome kit?

I didn't receive anything like that; been on Project Fi for a few months now.

I believe he's referring to the external battery pack they included with the welcome kits for the very early adopters. It also included a Project Fi N6 case, ear buds and a headphone splitter.

Maybe if he calls Project Fi support and asks really nice, they may be able to send him one.
