External speaker crackling distortion

Hey everyone,
I have a 4 days old Samsung glalaxy note 4 (n910c). The external speaker was working correctly for 3 days. And then suddenly now when the volume is raised to 3 clicks it starts giving crackling distortion. Im very much worried. Kindly tell me what to do. Its not in warranty. And samsung service center said that they can replace it in $100. And i dont want my phone to be opened by local technicians.
Kindly help please.

Not sure what the replacement warranty is where you are but here anything up to 28 days is a replacement (new)
After this then it has to be sent in for repair.
My 2 month old Note 4 made a distorted/crackling sound and then the sound had gone, it came back intermittently but died eventually, sent it away for repair and I'm pretty sure I got a new phone replacement, not a mark on it (which there was on mine) and they had it back to me in about 10 days.

Im in Pakistan and actually i bought the International version from the retailer. So this Phone has international warranty which cannot be claimed in Pakistan
