Extracting pictures from Galaxy S3 with a black screen from a drop?

I dropped my phone and the screen went partially black. It looked as if it was somehow broken on the inside. There are no scratches on the outside. The touchpad was not responding but everything else still worked. Eventually the screen went completely black. I just want a way to get my pictures out of the phone. I can't use find my mobile because I never registered my phone. I have downloaded some kind of adb program as well as the samsung usb driver to try to get it from my PC. Nothing has worked so far. I've tried holding down different combinations of buttons, I even tried the smack method. Can anyone PLEASE save my pictures!? :'(

If the phone seems to be working (other than the screen) why not just hook it up to your computer and browse the files you need. If its on your mmc why not try using a card reader.

I have already tried connecting it to the computer and it says that it cannot find any images/videos to import.
