You can do it when you boot into recovery. Just Google "razrm clear cache oartition". It seems a little intimidating at first, but it's really easy and it works. I was nervous about doing it at first, but I do it once a week now.

Mine doesn't lag that bad, but I agree. Thru should send out a fix for it. The "twitching" screen is starting to get really annoying.

Exactly, happens like 4 times a day to me. Luckily its real quick or I would be really annoyed so its just a minor annoyance.
