extremely slow hand off and disconnects

Today at work where I normally have bad signal.. I just had none at all. I stood outside for 10 min before I got any signal then it took another 5min to actually connect to it. Its kind if weird. I know some times I have only 1x at work but it awlasy quickly gives back to 3g and 4g when I head to the back of the building or outside. Anyone else seeing this after the job update? Nj
