I wonder how's your battery life with the S10 Exynos?
I prefer the S10 size over s10+ (and the -100$) but if the battery is as bad as s8, I will take an S10+

Considering what's in each SoC, the battery life should be just about the same. But a 3400mAh battery is a bit small for my taste (which is why I carry a power bank with me - for almost any phone these days.)

Note 9 128 my wife has come with a 4000ah battery.

Hard to leave a battery that size for a smaller phone or smaller battery.

Ok, you don't get that I was making fun, good natured as it was, so I'll explain

Your wife didn't have a phone with a 4000Ah battery. It was 4000 mAh, or 4 Ah.

mAh is an initialisation of milliamp hour and Ah of amp hour. An amp hour is a thousand times larger than a milliamp hour.

A 4000 Ah battery compatible with a phone would be about the size of a washing machine lol, that's why I found it amusing!

Thanks for correcting me.
But its bigger than a 3000 MAh battery or a 3400 mah battery.
YOu can use it ALL DAY And it still has plenty of power.

S10 exynos here... consistently getting about 5 hours SOT on 16-20 of total usage for my habits... when I'm not using the phone much I can stretch it over 24 hours easily.

I only have NFC on 24/7 and the other antennas I manually switch off--location services off, Bluetooth off outside of 30 minutes of driving, Wifi off for 9 hours of the day.

hope that helps 👍🏾

S10+ on Exynos here. No issues with battery. Battery is really quite great and I'm consistently getting over 6 hours screen time which is great for my usage.

The GPS might cut 5 minutes out of that 16-20 hours. It draws almost nothing until you use it for something (like Maps while you're moving).

Only you know what kind of phone will make you happy.
But the note 9 is getting great screen time from everybody I know that has one..

Why I’m always leery of these tests.....just one screen with very little going on in the way of widgets and dynamic info. I put a calendar, weather, sports, hue lights and other widgets on my phone when I’m using Android and when I’m using an iPhone it looks more like the configuration in this video.

And then with any Sammy I’ve bought I end up seeing wireless chargers around the house and at work. The published battery test battles always seem to run counter to my experience. Mostly I think due to the fact that people do not typically use their phones constantly and the always on screen will soak up a couple of percent of juice per hour. I don’t own the 10 so maybe something has changed and if it has it will be a first.

Wow

I'm retired.
And don't have time or care about tests.
Get a phone and use it.
If it has great battery like a 4000 ah and memory.
I use it unless its like the Samsung and has Bixby..

Don't care if I don't have the best phone on the market.
But I do care about hardware , like a SD card..

Sooner or later these phone MFG are gonna hear some of the things consumers want and somebody is gonna put that phone out.

Wished the government would let Huawei in the U.S.

I would like to try one.

Apart from the whole China government spying on you: I had the Mate 20 pro and they also suck hardware-wise. Had to get mine exchanged twice. The first one had a green screen, the other two had the screen detachment issue. They're cheaply made, crappy phones with zero support and cost the same as an iPhone or a top of the line Samsung. Beats me why anyone would want to support Chinese government companies like Huawei in the first place, but considering how crappy those phones are, it would be insane to buy one.

Absolute nonsense. I’m guessing you are either making stuff up or are just unlucky, because Huawei flagships have received extremely positive reviews and are known to be excellent hardware wise (especially camera and software). Secondly, while Huawei flagships aren’t super-expensive they are usually around $100 less than their competitors, so they are of pretty good value and aren’t cheaply made or crap.

Finally, Huawei isn’t a Chinese Government company. It has links to the Chinese government but its mobile phones aren’t spying on you (ridiculous notion).

Next time please do some research before posting something like this.

Lol - working for Huawei, huh? I don’t need to do research on phones I owned. Anyway, needless to discuss - Huawei is dead in the water in the Western Hemisphere.
