Eye in sky weather problem

I downloaded eye in sky weather for my Galaxy s4 and it says it's 16 degrees out when it's closer to 70

From the forecasts and the actual readouts, and since you talk about levels over 60 degrees, I'd say your app is configured in degrees Celsius when you want to be reading degrees Farenheit. 16?C = 60.8?F

Definitely appears as you've set the app to Celsius and not Fahrenheit.
