For the past few days at the same time (10:09PM Central) I've had this file automatically download to my phone. I've done a Google Search and I still have no idea how to stop this?

Doesn't open on the phone. Have not tried this on the PC as of yet. It's just weird that this pops up each day lately.

I got a couple results, but they seem to be PC oriented. Tried a cache clear for your browser?

Yeah, I saw those but didn't feel they helped at all. I cleared all the data from Chrome and I'll see how it goes tomorrow.

No doubt, I posted this as soon as it popped up so I didn't really try much. A fix this simple would be a welcome change.

I saw this downloaded on my phone today, the file size is 7.55KB. I was doing a couple things at lunch & I'm not sure what triggered the download, but the browser on my phone is Chrome.

Do as Golf suggested above. Haven't had an issue since.

The issue isn't whether or not I can delete the file (of course I can), but why this is happening. I found a decent explanation on another forum, although everything I've seen with an "answer" so far is talking about PC's, at least this article gives more info. as to why.
