face id and fingerprint.

I have tried a lot of stuff from safe mode to restarting the phone and adding more.
Face i.d 99% dont reconise even with 2 or 3 faces done.
Fingerprint only works a few times on thumb so have to use other ones which is strange.
I wish face i.d was better,not even a screen protector on and cleaned the screen.
