Facebook app issues

[AC Question]

Using samsung s7 and my Facebook app will only load while on WiFi. When using mobile network I keep getting "can't connect right now" I've tried clearing cashe and deleting the app/logging out etc. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

Hi, do you have a solid signal when trying to access the app? Do you have available data to use?

Does other apps work while on mobile data? Ensure you haven't blocked Facebook from using mobile data.

Same problem with Samsung Galaxy s6 and I'm not restricted from doing anything!! Help, Super annoying!!!
