Facebook association with contacts

I have set up my Facebook account and have some of my contacts that I am friends with on FB that did not associate with their FB account. So my question is, is there a way to go back and manually set up a contact to associate with a specific FB profile?

BTW....just went from Eris to Droid...and I love it....wish I had it from the beginning...

I had an Eris n went to Droid too...Eris def was more user friendly with contacts and Facebook. I found an app called Facebook Sync where it will sync wit ur contacts and what ever doesn't sync u can do manually.

No 3rd party app needed.

Just make sure your "contact" name matches their facebook name exactly and it will auto-sync.

also you can go into their contact info on your phone, click on it, then menu>edit profile and click on join contacts and it should show you a list of people on facebook that closely matches who you want to join it to.

This is only if you sync ALL contacts, not just those in your phonebook.

you sure? cause i didnt sync all my contacts. I'm going to look at it to make sure. that was just based off of memory.
