Facebook autoplay videos has no sound

Before my recent update (samsung s8 plus), videos in my facebook automatically plays with sound. There is an icon on the lower right on every videos in my newsfeed.

Come now with the recent update. I logged out of facebook. When i logged in, the videos no longer has sound and the icon on the lower right is missing.

Is this issue due to my recent update?

Open the Facebook app, tap the sidebar (the three lines), tap Settings & Privacy > Settings > Media Content & Contacts > turn on Videos in News Feed Start With Sound.

After going through to your instructions, there is no "turn on Videos in News Feed start with sound" in the options.

Unlike before, the audio is present while browsing my news feeds. But after update, there is no more audio. Unless i click the video. It is not the same as before where i dont have to click the video the audio is there.

Do you think it is due to my recent update?

Hm, I do have the option to auto-play audio. Are there any new updates available? Could you also tell me what the version of the Facebook app is?
