I only have 40 or so friend's whose numbers I want to have on my phone in Contacts, I clicked Menu/View and disabled everything except for T-Mobile contacts (Facebook, Gmail, etc are all unchecked). When I go to my phone screen and click Contacts, everything's gravy and it only shows those 40 contacts.
The problem is when I go to the phone and type letters to bring up a contact to call, it shows Facebook friends and their numbers even though they're not listed as one of the 40 contacts. Same thing when I go to select a recipient of a text message, shows Facebook friends.
What am I missing or can I just not prevent this?
Edit: Even now when I went to add a Direct Dial shortcut to the home screen, the list of contacts it gave my contacts with a handful of random Facebook contacts. This makes me even more confused because it's not ALL of the FB contacts, just a random few which I have no idea how were chosen.
