I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this issue. I am using Facebook for Android on my LG Revolution and having a problem playing videos off of it. I'll press play on the video that's on someone's page and it will come up with this "the application video player (process com.wise.moive_player) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." It's seems like a problem with the stock video player and not Facebook. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or a solution.

Thanks

make sure your settings allow for video play back. Also there are several facebook apps for android. make sure you get the actual facebook for android app. mkine works great.

Mine works great as well, using the one that came with the phone and stock video player.

I downloaded the Facebook for Android app because the LG app for Facebook did not allow check ins. Where do I adjust the settings to allow for video playback? I can see a a Youtube video linked to FB, but not a video attachment.

I also have the Facebook for Android app and I also cleared my cache and data, which didn't help. I too was wondering where to adjust the settings to allow for video playback because I couldn't find it anywhere. I also found that if I go to the persons page that I wanted to play the video, then it works because it is using a different source for the video. If I try to play the video off of the news feed then thats when I get the error message.
