The newest version of Facebook for Android is force closing on me...anyone that can provide me the last version please?

I'll have to look into that one. I had the official app and I got rid of it because there was no SD option and after setting up my account it would take up around 7 Mb on my phone with the cache cleared. For as little as I use facebook and I don't use the notifications or contact list options, it made sense to save the space and put a bookmark to touch.facebook.com on my home screen.

I'll agree on using Flow as I've been using it sense the release of the V & I'm loving it.
Only down fall is there's no build in chat at this time.

Yeah, I've used Flow in the past. It's a really great app and I highly recommend it. I just abuse the built in chat in Facebook for Android(so that's why I prefer it rather than Flow, but once Flow gets a built in chat...goodbye FBFA, lol) I ended up finding an older version to reinstall back on my phone.

The latest facebook update also FC's all the time on my Optimus S and My girlfriend's Optimus V. The last version that worked correctly for me was 1.5.2. So I googled Facebook 1.5.2.apk and found it easily

I got the free amazon app of the day when they brought out trillian. Trillian has facebook chat built in, so that's not an issue.

The latest FB app closed on me as well. Its only happened once though.
