Facebook IM - What Would Be Badass?

Not many people seem to use Facebook chat. What's currently lacking, what would you like to see?

I've been looking at Real-Time Text (RTT) which lets you see keystroke by keystroke what your friend is typing. I think it would be cool, but alot of people seem not to like this idea either.

Open group chat always has trolls and there are already alot of "chat room" style apps out there.

What would be truely badass for IM?

Universalisation - No one application has achieved to be the universal im all my friends use, Facebook really need to up their game because they have the audience. Instead I have to use eBuddy for MSN, GTalk and Facebook chat while also having Skype open and my phone near me.
I know competition drives improvements but I'd really like more of a monopoly when it comes to instant messaging.
