Hi All,
I am having problems with Facebook Live on my Samsung galaxy S 10.5. The selfie cam is extremely distorted and when I try switching to the front-facing camera I receive an error message stating:
"Can't start live video. Sorry, Facebook couldn't access the camera. Please restart your device and start your live video again."
I have restarted the device several times, and even performed a factory reset. Nothing solves the issue. The cameras works fine otherwise in any other app - it's just Facebook live that isn't working.
Any ideas?
