Facebook Live videos with no sound

Just bought the S8+ and when I watch facebook live videos I have no sound. My media volume is up. All other videos play, just not the facebook live. The video is full-size and when I hit the middle it pauses the video. I can no find any other reason I have sound on everything else, except facebook live.

I am not a Facebook user, are you using the Facebook app or through a browser? If it is an app you are watching through did you check the settings in the app? Most apps like this have controls at the bottom to pause/play, mute/control volume. Maybe somehow the app is muted and you need to un-mute it. Do you have issue listening to anything else, like youtube or music?

If it is an app try clearing the cache under all apps.
