facebook messenger - no ring tone for calls

facebook messenger sound has stopped only for incoming calls but any notification or messege sounds do work properly.

I tried to reset the app sound, clear application cache and reinstall the app. but all of them don't work at all.

My device is Lenovo A3000-H

1. Select and hold the app icon for FB messanger (as if you're going to move it to another spot on the home page)
2. Drag it up and drop it on the "i" with a circle around it (for app information)
3. Select app notifications
4. Turn them off and turn them back on.
5. Go back a single page.
6. Select Storage.
7. Select "clear data" and "clear cache"

Have someone call you on FB messenger after this to make sure your call notifications are working.

If you try those in that order and it doesn't work try force stopping your app from the information main page.

If you're *still* getting issues check the permissions your FB messanger has. Do you have it allowed to be synced with your mic and camera?

If you're still getting problems after testing these, try calling your provider and submitting a crash report to FB.
