Facebook Messenger - Paste Images into Chat

I have just switched to Android after almost a decade on iOS, and while for the most part things are good, its the little things, like how I am unable to paste an image into Messenger like I can in iOS, even going into Clipboard, any image there is greyed out.

Help?

Hi, welcome back
From clipboard you can't use images , and for paste it won't either, that's why it has a option to insert pictures from gallery or take a camera shot .
