Yes I'm re-posting this because I know many of you skip the news - or may have just missed it - and come directly to the Optimus V forums. This really worked on my V and now I receive FB notifications pretty much instantly - as before I never received any. Just thought it would help out!

I started getting them after using FB on my IPOD touch. I want prompted for any permissions or anything just logged on and all of a sudden notifications started popping up on my Optimus. /shrug
