Is there any way to hide your Facebook photo albums that automatically get sync'd to your stock phone gallery. I want facebook to keep the photos for my contacts but not fill my whole phone gallery app with facebook photo albums. Any one figure this out?:-\

This is pissing me off, too. I just got the phone last night, and I'm loving it, but I'm definitely missing my Evo LTE's photo album. I don't want all my FB albums and also all of my music album art showing up in my photo gallery! It's annoying and now I have around 100 photo folders. DUMB.

You have to remove your facebook account from the device.

Note2 or Note10, that is the question

I had to delete the Facebook app and clear the data from the gallery. I reinstall the Facebook app and un click the sync gallery setting.

In the stock Gallery app, you can select menu -> View by -> Content in device (or Content in Facebook, or Content in Picasa). Is this not working correctly?

ok cool, yeah this worked great. thank you! now, is there a way to not see my album covers? I have a gallery for each band in my mem card...

You can put a file named ".nomedia" in the album cover folder to omit it from android media scans.

How do I save a photo that someone posted on FB? I tried holding down the screen on both the app and website with no save option. WTF?

So I just did this an it works perfectly. You will need a camera app like Cameron Zoom FX. Tap on the FB photo you want to save, press bottom left softkey and hit share. Share to Camera Zoom FX and then save it from within the app. There's no degradation in picture quality like a screen shot. Photo will be saved in Camera Zoom folder in gallery and can be shared anywhere from there. Not sure if this works with any other camera app as Cameron Zoom is the only one I have.

Awh... you have to pay for it? Is it worth having?

Log onto your Facebook account on the computer and remove Samsung app from your app list.

Yeah I said it!

Download haxsync. I think it was $0.99 but it adds your Facebook photos to your contacts in high quality rather than the blurry pictures.

Save any photo from Facebook on your Android smartphone with this cute app.

Pro version released on Amazon AppStore and SlideME.org

No more Ads whatsoever and Direct Save, save photos without leaving Facebook app.

Easiest way I have found was click on the picture and then tap the "Menu" button and then share, then text it to yourself. Thats what I do.

My gallery is really slow. Also when I hit the view and content on device it reverts to the Facebook one.
