I dont think I changed any settings, and under FB the sync pictures is off, but suddenly all my albums from FB are loading into my gallery. When I go to the applications>all>gallery and delete the data, the pics disappear for a bit then they reload. I cant find whats doing it. I dont mind my drop box accounts, but dont want FB. Help

Go to Facebook app, pull uo the menu using the soft key and hit settings. Ensure photo synicing is disabled.

System settings. Make sure under settings > accounts, Facebook sync is completely disabled. Then go to settings > application manager > all > gallery and clear cache then clear data.

I did all that. The sync IS disabled. I cleared the data and cache... and it is still reloading. never had this before

Gallery also runs as a cached process. After doing the above you could also try going to "show cached processes" and stop Gallery. Reopen gallery should start process again afresh.

Go to settings, accounts and sync and there should be a Facebook sync next to your Google and stuff, then remove account and tell it to only sync contacts

Beat me to it. :thumbup::)
I think this is the right approach to stop the Facebook pictures from showing in your gallery. :thumbup::cool:

They also show up in my GS4's gallery but I don't mind. :cool:

It's useful, until you realize it stores the photos at potato quality

This happened to me. Yesterday lots of room in my phone external SD.
Today I save a picture it says almost full. I investigate & see all these unwanted albums. I go into app to see if sync is on in error but it's not. Something is wrong to suddenly do this. Extremely frustrating.

Yea, that's kinda weird...:what:
It should not occupy space in your SD card unless you download into it. :confused:

Try using my method, or if you want to be sure, just log out of Facebook, reboot and log back in.
