Facebook, Watsapp & Viber icons and entire disappeared

HELP!!

First my phone went into SAFE MODE. Got that one sorted by switching phone back on and. turning up the volume level.
Then I realized my FB, watsapp and Viber icons were missing! Tried to clear cache..install ( Invalid file package or something kept coming up).. nothing worked.....HELP!!!
