Facebook wont' sync?

Is anyone else having trouble getting Facebook account to sync of their S7/S7 Edge? I went to settings, account, Facebook and clicked on "Sync with your device" and checked the box but it still says Sync is turned off. I un-installed then re-installed the Facebook app with no luck. Any other suggestions? Thanks

Are you trying to sync contacts? Facebook took that function away some time last year: https://m.facebook.com/help/community/question/?id=1028796497164750

Try Sync.ME.

Yes, trying to sync contacts mainly so I have the Facebook picture for my contacts. Thanks for the information, had no idea Facebook removed that function. Will Sync.ME be able to sync with Facebook?

I've never tried it, but others have said that it works.
