Facebook won't update, can't connect to Facebook on mobile data
Hi All - Im hoping someone can help as I think I've reached the end of my technical capabilities to solve this problem myself.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5.
About a couple of weeks ago my internet appeared to have stopped working while on mobile data (all OK on wifi). Now I have realised that internet has not completely stopped while on mobile data as I can still get into Google and receive emails, but Facebook will not update.
What I have done so far:
Checked mobile data is on - yes
Cleared system Cache - yes
Uninstalled Facebook
Google + is not installed on my phone
After clearing the Cache I was hoping that this was going to fix the problem.
I tried to reinstall Facebook from Playstore, but get the message "Playstore needs background data to be enabled" - when I checked it was. Then just saying ....... waiting to connect to WIFI.
Can anyone help?
