It's really driving me crazy today I can scroll down maybe seven or eight things and then it stops and spin spin spin. If I wait a second it loads a couple more things and does it again ugh!

Used to do that alot when I used Facebook on my previous device , note 8.

Also does it when I view Facebook ( I no longer use the app ) via Samsung Internet. But thought that was Facebook doing that purpose to make me use their app LoL.

It sometimes happens on my iPad but not to the extent it's been doing it on my Note 9. And it never ever ever happened on my Note 5 that I just traded in. So it makes me a little sad because I use Facebook a lot as I run some groups on there. So I'm constantly online haha.

Probably an issue with Facebook then.

Wipe cache, also app storage cache data and see if those two help. Fb no matter what you set is going to be a resource hog running in background. The web page won’t but should give you 98% of what Fb does.

Didn't help tried before and again yesterday. My Note 5 didn't have this problem.

Why can't you uninstall..I just did?

Interesting. It's always been uninstallable on my Notes so I would just disable it. I didn't even bother to check when I got the N9, automatically used the package disabler to disable all the uninstallables. Now poof, it's gone. Thank you!

Just a thought , try putting the Facebook app under Unmonitored apps list in battery options sleeping menu in maintenance.

I'd like to try that , but how will they log you in ? I don't like sharing my password etc with third parties.

Then it won't work for you. You have to log in like you would regular Facebook.

Do you have issues with Tapatalk loading images as well? Do you have issues while not on Wi-Fi? My wife and I had similar issues a couple of weeks ago. Turns out it was a wifi settings issue.
