factory data reset not working properly ?

Hi,
My phones manual factory reset was not working so i tried hard factory reset. Which worked actually. Then for better security i encrypted my phone and again tried resetting it. But after encrypting my phone , the manual and hard reset doesn't seems to work . It gets to the point where it shows no command in Recovery mode. From that point on when i tried to navigate the phone to resetting option using power button and volume raise button , it doesn't seems to work. I have tried Power button and volume down button as well.. any other option's ??

Try to unencrypt then reset again. But why are you doing this?
