Factory reset and keeping the apps login

I would like to reset my device is there anyway I can reinstall the app and the password be autofilled rather than me remembering what the password is for each account?

Yes. You can use Samsung Pass, which can save the user names and passwords for your various apps and websites. Or you can use any secure password manager app (e.g. Keypass) to store your user names and passwords.

My accounts are already logged in but can't remember the passwords for some of them can I save from they're or I can only save the password when I login again?
