no. they are all saved as purchased in your Google account. your Google account records them as purchased so you can reinstall them at any time without having to pay for them again.

The apps are licensed to your Google account. Sign in to the factory-reset tablet with the same account as you're using now and you will be able to reinstall them.

ditto if you bought AmazonApps - they remain in the clouds as long as you don't delete from the account. if you archive apps, you can always unarchive them later. once purchased, they are yours unless you delete them.
