Will I receive One Ui7 updates in my country even if the phone is purchased from a different country?

I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra (SM-S918U), which I purchased from China, and I currently reside in India.
The latest security patch on my device is that of 1st August 2024.

I was wondering if I will still receive One Ui7 updates in Ethiopia even if my phone is purchased from China?

You should over WiFi, in any event it doesn't you can try PC Samsung Smart Switch or Odin flash tool
