Factory Reset (Hard Reset)

I can't hard reset this device... Volume down and power is what I've seen on other sites, but it's not working.

I'm up poo creek without a padle. Anyone?

Go to Setting - Privacy, choose Factory data reset..

Oh I meant to list that I can't get into the OS. Going to have a store reflash stock.

It seems like it'll go into download mode still.

I tried resetting my phone and it didn't work. Now I can get into download mode or anything. Not sure what happened but I went to Sprint and they ordered me a new phone. So I will have one in a few days.
