Need help - Samsung S24 Ultra - Phone not usable because of popup

Try running antivirus app see if it picks it up and can delete it

Already tried but nothing is found. Dont belive it`s a virus either, I mean, its a legit app, but probably a really bad bug =(

Anyone tried doing the nand erase / using pip files?
Only way I see to completely remove it (deleting everything and making the partitions new)

haha, "Bra" means good (its just norwegian) and its in the maintenance app.
The app which is / has caused this is as previously mentioned "redotpay".

Another thing, when I flashed my phone with Odin, I didnt choose/load BL (bootloader) is there any reason for this? Is it to keep the old bootloader intact? Im guessing i`d need it if I did a nand erase?

Hi again.

I did a nand erase / repartition, used the included pit file that was inside the CSC file.
Once it was done and I got into the phone, it took 1m and the popup thing started again.

I tried taking out the SIM cards, fixed eSim, thinking just maybe it was stored there somehow,
I thought it was fixed (removed cover to remove sim cards) but once I put my phone inside the smart view cover, the popups started happening again instantly, but if I dont have my phone inside the smart cover it doesnt happen.

So after all this work, it seems like my smart cover is "infected"?
I have a Smart View case, model: EF-ZS928.

Is this even possible?

I let the cover sit for a few hours without my phone inside, and now when I put my phone in there is no issues. Seems like the cover somehow had a buffer memory of the popup issue and that is what caused it. So weird!

Ahh ok in Device care app

With nothing installed and no sign in this shouldn't happen

As soon as I turn the phone on / input pincode and the mainscreen comes, it askes to open the browser to the page mentioned. However, as mentioned above, after all the firmware flashes, nanderase etc, the solution was actually my cover of all things.. after I took that off there was no more asking to open the browser.

A new update in this case, getting weirder. It's not the case, but the VISA card I got from the website, as soon as its in my case the popups start again .

What browser are you using? I had a similar issue with an app and when I put chrome to sleep and used Samsung Browser, that resolved my issue. YMMV
