Factory reset on lg phone disabled outlook calendar sync

When i go into calendar settings, it only shows gmail and phone under calendars to display and calendars to sync. But when I try to add my microsoft account for my outlook calendar, it says account already registered. How can i restore the phone calendar to sync with outlook again?

How did you sync your Android with Outlook calendar? It doesn't do calendar sync out of the box ... only email. Are you on an Exchange server?
